Terms of Service

Welcome to Browlab. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Browlab is a private brow shape design and comparison tool. You can photograph or import brow images, tag styles, browse your gallery, compare two looks side by side, view statistics, and spend Points to unlock premium exports (comparison image export, weekly brow report PDF, and style trend insights). Browlab does not provide professional beauty services, medical advice, or permanent cosmetic procedures.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding in-app purchases and personal image use.

3. Account

• Sign in uses One-Tap Sign In with a device-local guest profile. No password is required.
• You may Log Out or Delete Account at any time in Settings.
• Deleting your account removes local profile data on that device and cannot be undone.

4. Points & In-App Purchases

• Points are a virtual consumable currency used inside the App (e.g. comparison export, weekly report PDF, trend unlock).
• Points are sold via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) as one-time consumables. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
• We do not offer subscription plans or "Restore Purchases" for consumable Points in this version.
• Core features — recording, gallery, comparison, statistics, and notes — are free unless otherwise stated in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse IAP or Points systems
• Misrepresent comparisons or reports as professional beauty or medical advice
• Circumvent device security or Apple platform rules

6. Content & Intellectual Property

App software, UI, and built-in style labels are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal brow design and comparison. You retain ownership of photos you capture or import; we do not claim rights to your personal images stored on your device.

7. Disclaimers

Browlab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Comparisons and trend insights are approximations based on your local records. Actual brow appearance may differ based on lighting, makeup, technique, and individual features. We are not responsible for grooming or cosmetic decisions you make after using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid for Points in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.

10. Privacy

Your use of Browlab is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the App publisher, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
